One of my favorite pictures!

This is one of my favorite maxi dresses.  I purchased this navy blue maxi and turquoise clutch from Nordstrom Rack for $50!  The beige cardigan is  from Burlington Coat Factory and can be used for any occasion.  The peacock earrings were borrowed/temporarily stolen from a friend who got them at JcPenny.  They were perfect for this peacock themed wedding!

This is one of my many outfit ideas I might wear for Valentine’s Day… a girls gotta plan ahead right?  This red ruffle dress is from Ross and seems perfect for the holiday!  To make the ruffles a little more edgy I paired it with my Nikibiki leather jacket and booties that are from Ross too.  My feather earrings added a little extra fun to this outfit!

One fun thing to do in Austin is go shopping at the Domain.  There is a lot of great stores and fun restaurants to fit every taste.  One of my recent favorite brunch and happy hour spots has been Blackfinn Ameripub.  Lots of TV’s for sports viewing, great food aaaannnnddd you can bring your puppies!  The whole shopping center is very dog friendly.

The majority of my outfit is from Marshalls, the shirt down to the boots.  Perfect for fall because of the colors and the leggings are fuzzy inside to keep me nice and warm :).

So today was particularly special for me because my boyfriend and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary. Not only was he the one that encouraged me to start this blog and built my website,  he also directly inspired this outfit buy surprising me with my new Michael Kors purse! I purchased my Sage dress from Le Garage sale a couple of months back and it has been hiding in my closet because I was not sure about the yellow mustard color.  Thanks to my awesome boyfriend my new purse sparked some much needed inspiration for and made this dress complete :).  My wedges are from Marshalls and the chandelier earrings were purchased at Charming Charlie.
