Fried alligator and beer! Yumm

Say cheese?… Ok maybe not

Day two in New Orleans was a little more chill as we were exhausted from the previous day.  We did a lot of watching football and eating good food. My emerald green tank top is from Banana Republic and my jeans are from Target.   I purchased these brown booties at Ross.  The scarf and elephant ring are from Charming Charlie. The emerald green bracelet is something I purchased in China Town while visiting New York a couple of years ago.

Everything in this outfit was purchased on sale! The olive tone skinny pants are from The Limted and I purchased the black button up shirt from Charming Charlie.  My chain link necklace is also from Charming Charlie’s.  The black booties that I’m obsessed with are from Ross.

This is my experiment with printed leggings …. definitely a little more funky than my usual style, but what fun is fashion if your not willing to venture out of your comfort zone.  These fun black and white leggings were purchased at Marshalls.  I chose to pair the leggings with a solid lime green blouse with leather details, also from Marshalls.  Agaci has these black oxfords available right now which were perfect to keep this outfit quirky. My silver metallic chain strapped clutch that I used to complete this outfit is from Charming Charlie.  My matte finished sunnies were a gift from my sweet boyfriend. He picked them out at South Austin Marine.

You can’t call yourself a true nerd unless you love EarthSky.org!! In an effort to support this awesome science website I purchased one of their t-shirts from EarthSky.org.  I paired it with my gold and black skirt from Forever 21 and used these lace up black kicks from A’gaci to keep the look casual. Of course I love the lace detail.  To add a little spunk I threw on this hat from Aldo.
