Holiday Sparkle

If your ever on a budget and need a nice dress, Ross is the place to go! I found this dress on sale this summer and finally had a chance to bring it out.  I wore it to my office Holiday Party.  I paired it with black tights from Target and black Nine West pumps.  Just to  make this outfit even more over the top I pulled out my fur cross body purse from Charming Charlie.
